Iontosorb SALICYL
Chelating sorbent
It containins salicylic acid bound via azo-group in side chains of modified bead-form cellulose:
Similar to Iontosorb OXIN, Iontosorb SALICYL also exhibits a high selectivity and beside chelating groups it contains only neutral hydroxy groups. The concentration of active groups is 0.2 mmol/g min. The sorbent capacity for chosen metals depending on pH is given in these figures:
